We invite you to the webinar, which will discuss the issue of LEAN MANAGEMENT in logistics. Lean Management is a concept that meets the dynamic changes that affect the functioning of modern enterprises. Lean Management enables the creation of previously unidentified solutions that can contribute to the elimination of various types of waste and the improvement of production and warehouse processes. This concept increases the probability of achieving favorable economic results, e.g. thanks to the implementation of an organizational culture based on continuous improvement.
Issues that will be discussed during the meeting include:
